Here, the wine from our historic Tuscan estates is left to rest and mature in both ancient and new oak barrels, flanked by the experimental ageing in modern concrete and steel vats.

Lamole di Lamole, Sassoregale and Vistarenni from Tuscany, Santa Margherita and Torresella in Veneto, Kettmeir in South Tyrol, Ca’ del Bosco and Cà Maiol in Lombardy, Terreliade in Sicily and Cantina Mesa in Sardinia.
